Asaf Almagor is a legally trained governance and risk specialist with over fifteen years of senior experience across family office, private capital and international business environments.

He has operated at board and principal level across complex multi-jurisdiction structures spanning the UK, Europe and offshore jurisdictions — coordinating legal counsel, fiduciaries, banks and stakeholders through demanding and sensitive situations where clarity, control and execution matter most.

His background spans governance oversight of complex international structures, director risk and exposure management, cross-border restructurings, and the coordination of legal and operational matters across multiple jurisdictions. He has worked within Swiss-regulated environments and advised principals and boards through periods of significant legal, operational and structural pressure.
